Aside from being incredibly skilled at all things mechanical, David is also an avid outdoors-man. David is a Bass Tournament Fisherman and a hunter.

David Krebs

David Krebs, a Louisville native and Saint Xavier graduate (class of ’87), began working at UPSand was quickly elevated to stop-loss because of his eye for detail and deep-seeded integrity.
Always challenging himself, David became a certified carpenter (in 9 months of a 2 year program) and architectural draftsman in 1989. In 1991 he began his own company building houses, it was during this time that he used his innate skill and passion to become one of three metalsmiths in the Kentuckiana areas, specializing in ornamental copper.
If you have ever been to downtown Louisville and looked up, David probably worked on, or replaced those copper cornices, gutters, or cupolas. It was this specialty that caught the eye of the owner of a well-known roofing company in the Louisville area who hired him to run the metal shop and train others in the trade.
Looking for more hours to work, David began to take on the leaks called into the company. He realized the best time to track a leak is when it is actively leaking. He did what no one would do, repaired leaks in the rain. He quickly turned those leak runs into an entire Service Department. He was one of the first people to begin taking pictures before and after (long before I-phones) to show the property owner the exact issue causing their leak. It is this meticulous eye for detail, uncanny ability to not only detect but understand the tracking of water, and his unparalleled integrity that have earned the impeccable reputation on which Krebs Kontracting was founded.
Dawn Krebs

Dawn Krebs has been traveling the world since she was thirteen years old. She was born in Connecticut, lived in California, and moved to Ft. Lauderdale, Florida at the age of 8. After graduating from High School, she lived in Hong Kong for a year. In College she worked for the Disney Company where she was ensconced in the importance of exceptional customer service.
While pursuing her degree in Neurocognitive Psychology, she felt a call to volunteer at the home for street kids that her dad, a minister, founded in Brasil. At 23, Dawn had originally planned on staying for a year but stayed for ten years. At New Horizons Youth Ranch, Dawn taught pre-school through high school and created curriculum. She was the primary translator for all official meetings with Governors, Ambassadors, local and State Government officials. She was responsible for hiring and managing staff. She was responsible for maintaining and reporting the finances of the 501c3 organization. She facilitated travel arrangements for those coming to the Ranch and/or travel arrangements to the United States. She was responsible for the creation of health-changing menus, purchasing of all food, and supervision of the cooking staff.
With her dad, she facilitated in the purchase and construction of the land and structures on the 88 acres of land purchased in 1999 when the Ranch currently functions. Most importantly, she was instrumental in helping to change the lives of the children who resided at the home. Dawn taught for over 23 years. She was owner of The Flowering Arbor catering company for 12 years. She was a Guest Services Coordinator and VIP Tour Guide at Universal Orlando Resort for 5 years, furthering her commitment to Customer Service. She has worked as an administrator for various ministries and businesses since she was 18.
She is the primary owner and executive financial and administrative officer of Krebs Kontracting. Dawn’s exposure to the world, the customer-centric companies in which she has worked, innumerable fiscal and administrative responsibilities, prepared her to take the helm in showcasing David’s abilities and passions to create a family-oriented company that would provide extraordinary customer relations.
